By enrolling as an affiliate in the affiliate program (hereinafter, the “Program”) operated by Marvixia OÜ, a limited liability company (Osaühing) registered in Estonia with registration number 16539801 and VAT ID EE102593347, having its registered office at Ahtri 12, 10151 Tallinn, Estonia (hereinafter, “Babelix” or the “Company”), you (hereinafter, the “Affiliate”) declare your intention to adhere to and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter, the “Agreement”).

The Company reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time, at its sole discretion. The Company will notify the Affiliate of any modifications by publishing them on the Babelix website, Program dashboard, or via direct electronic communication. Unless otherwise stated, changes will become effective immediately upon publication or notification.

The Affiliate’s continued participation in the Program after such notification will constitute their binding acceptance of the changes. If the Affiliate does not agree with the modified terms, their sole recourse is to terminate their participation in the Program as stipulated in this Agreement.
