To be eligible to participate in the Babelix Affiliate Program, you must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Age of Majority: You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to register as an Affiliate.
- Real Persons: You must be a genuine individual or a legitimate legal entity. Accounts created by bots, scripts, or other automated methods are not permitted. Each Affiliate may maintain only one (1) account; duplicate or multiple accounts for the same person or entity are not allowed.
- Truthful Information: You must provide your full legal name, a valid email address, and any other required information truthfully and accurately during registration and maintain the accuracy of this data.
- Account Security: The Affiliate is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account access credentials (username and password). All activities carried out from your account will be considered as performed by you. Babelix will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the Affiliate’s failure to comply with this obligation. The Affiliate will be wholly and exclusively responsible for all activity that occurs under their Affiliate Account credentials, regardless of whether the Affiliate authorized such activity or not.
- Legal Compliance: The Affiliate may only use the Program for lawful and legitimate purposes. You must not use the Affiliate Program for any illicit or unauthorized purpose nor violate any applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including, without limitation, laws regarding copyright, consumer protection, advertising, privacy, and anti-spam.
Babelix reserves the right to reject an affiliate application or terminate any existing Affiliate who, in Babelix’s sole discretion, fails to meet the eligibility criteria established in this Section 2, or whose application, website, content, or promotional practices are deemed incompatible with Babelix’s image, values, or business interests.

- Contain or promote discriminatory language or material based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, age, or other protected characteristics;
- Contain or promote defamatory, libelous, abusive, threatening, or hostile material;

- Employ or are associated with traffic generation tactics considered deceptive, fraudulent, or low-quality (including, but not limited to, ‘spoofing’, history of fraudulent traffic, or methods prohibited in this Agreement);
- For any other reason that Babelix determines, in its reasonable judgment, to be harmful to its reputation, brand, or business.
