Babelix takes any attempt at fraud within the Affiliate Program very seriously. The Company reserves the right to investigate all Affiliate activities to detect suspicious patterns, conversions of dubious provenance, or other prohibited conduct.
Suppose Babelix detects indications of fraud or violation of these Terms. In that case, the Affiliate must cooperate with the investigation and promptly provide information requested by Babelix related to their promotion or traffic methods.
Some situations that Babelix might audit or investigate include, without limitation, abnormally high conversion rates compared to traffic volume (which could indicate the use of incentives or non-genuine traffic), multiple subscriptions originating from the same credit card or IP address, spam complaints from users or email providers, or any external complaints regarding the Affiliate’s practices.
Should any fraudulent activity or non-compliance by the Affiliate be confirmed, Babelix may immediately suspend the Affiliate’s account while determining the final course of action to be taken.
Commissions will not be paid during the suspension until the situation is clarified. If fraud is corroborated, Babelix may, at its discretion, permanently cancel the Affiliate’s account and void any pending commissions generated through fraudulent or illegal acts.
Furthermore, Babelix may undertake legal action to claim damages against the responsible party in cases of serious fraud.
The Affiliate understands and accepts that Babelix has zero tolerance for fraud and that Babelix’s decision (following a reasonable investigation) regarding the validity of certain referrals or commissions is final and will not give rise to subsequent disputes, barring manifest error.
Babelix will, however, provide notification to the Affiliate of any sanctions or termination applied, along with the general reason (e.g., “spam activity detected in your traffic” or “proven fraudulent lead generation methods”), to allow an opportunity for response or clarification if applicable.
