You will land on your main dashboard when you access your affiliate area (by clicking the “Affiliate Area” link or something similar in Babelix’s main menu, as discussed in the activation steps).
Think of it like your car’s dashboard: it provides a quick overview of your overall status as an affiliate.
Here’s what you will primarily find in this overview:
- Welcome Message: A simple greeting, confirming you are in your personal space.
- Quick Stats Summary: You’ll see several boxes showing key data, usually filtered by “Last 30 days” and “All-time”:
- Visits: The total number of times someone has clicked your affiliate links.
- Referrals: The number of conversion actions your visitors complete (paid subscriptions, etc.).
- Conversion Rate: The percentage of visits that resulted in a referral.
- Unpaid Referrals / Paid Referrals: Referrals pending payment / already paid.
- Unpaid Earnings / Total Earnings: Earnings pending payment / total earnings.
You’ll notice links like “View all” in these boxes, which take you to more detailed reports.
- Left-Side Navigation Menu: On the left of the screen, you’ll see a vertical menu. This is your primary tool for navigating the various functional sections of your affiliate area. You’ll see options like:
- Dashboard (the main panel where you are now)
- Affiliate URLs (where you find your links)
- Network (for multi-level tracking)
- Statistics (detailed statistics)
- Graphs (performance graphs)
- Referrals (details of each referral)
- Payouts (payment history)
- Visits (details of clicks)
- Creatives (promotional materials)
- Direct Links (if applicable)
- User Menu (Top Right Corner): Look for your profile icon in the top right corner. When you click it, a small dropdown menu will appear where you’ll find:
- Settings: Access to necessary affiliate account settings, like your payment email and notifications (we will explore this in detail later).
- Sign out: To log out of your account securely.
In the following points of this section, we will explore what each left-side menu option does and how to use it. We will also cover the Settings section so you can get the most out of your affiliate account.
