We want you to receive your commissions quickly and regularly – it’s the best motivation! However, we must also consider our trial and refund policy to ensure commissions are final before we pay them.

Therefore, we have designed a bi-weekly payment schedule that strikes a balance between speed for you and security for the platform.

Validation Period (Important!)

Step 1: Trial Period: When a user subscribes through your link, a 3-day free trial period begins. During these 3 days, you won’t see any commission reflected in your dashboard yet.

Step 2: Initial Charge & Pending Commission: The system processes the first charge if the user does not cancel the subscription before the 3-day trial ends. At this moment, the commission is generated and appears in your dashboard with the status “Pending!”

Step 3: Refund Window Hold: The “Pending” status indicates that the commission is on hold during the 4-day period after payment, during which the user can still request a refund.

Step 4: Rejection on Refund: If the user requests and receives a refund during those 4 days, the commission status will change to “Rejected“.

Step 5: Approval to “Approved”: If four days pass without a refund request, the commission becomes effective and approved, changing its status to “Approved.“ This means it’s ready for inclusion in the next payment cycle!

Bi-weekly Payment Schedule:

Once a commission reaches the “Unpaid” status, the system will include it in one of our two monthly payment cycles:

• Payments on the 1st of each month: We process payment for all approved commissions (changed status to “Unpaid”) between the 9th and the 23rd of the previous month.
• Payments are processed on the 16th of each month. We process payments for all approved commissions (changed status to “Unpaid”) between the 24th of the previous month and the 8th of the current month.

What This Means For You:

• You won’t see the commission immediately when someone signs up, but approximately 3 days later if they don’t cancel the trial.
• You receive payments twice a month, which is great for your cash flow.
• From the moment a referred user initially subscribes, approximately 7 days (3 trial periods + 4 refund periods) will pass until the commission is approved (changes to “Unpaid”).
  Then, depending on when that approval falls within our payment cycles, you will receive it on the next 1st or 16th of the month. On average, the payment will arrive about 21-22 days after the user’s initial subscription.

This system ensures you only receive commissions for firm sales and helps us manage refunds correctly.
